It is now possible to insert notes or entire documents such as Term Sheets and ISDA’s to specific deals.

This provides users with a simple and accurate way to link data and ensure good governance.

Operational Risk Management

With operational risk playing an increasingly important role for Treasurers, Banks and Advisors we have provided the ability to link deals and data.

Users can insert notes or entire documents such as Term Sheets and ISDA’s to specific deals to explain key points or provide a point of reference.

This is particularly useful in multi user/location situations and ensures all users are working on the same basis.

Inserting Notes

Notes and documents are inserted via the Notes tab in the Deal View.
