Receive Reports Automatically by Email

It is now possible to schedule standard and customized reports direct to your email on daily, weekly or monthly frequency.

This allows users to monitor how their performance and risk profile have evolved and to disseminate this quickly and consistently. This new feature saves users significant time.

Automated Portfolio Reporting

Activating this feature means that TreasuryView will automatically revalue your portfolio and report this directly to your chosen email.

At present the following options are available:

Overnight, from 0200.
WeeklyClose of business on the Friday.Overnight, from 0200 on Saturday.
MonthlyClose of business on the last working day on the month.Overnight, from 0200 on the day after close.

It is possible to apply automatic reporting to both standard and customized reports.

This allows users to receive relevant performance and risk information automatically, saving significant time and reducing operational risk.

The report can also be received with an Excel or Powerpoint attachment. This allows it to be backed-up to keep an audit trail of performance or easily shared easily shared with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.

This allows users to communicate in a quick, accurate and consistent manner.

Schedule an Automatic Report

To schedule a report first select the Report function and the following window will open:

Now select the appropriate report and wait for the report to load.

To schedule the report select Create a scheduled e-mail report and the following pop-up will open:


Now enter the relevant email address for receipt; portfolio to be reported; frequency of receipt and whether an Excel or PowerPoint version attachment is included.

To save these settings select Schedule. You will now receive this report automatically on the chosen frequency.

Managing Automatic Reports

If you would like to see a list of your automated reports and their frequency, select Settings and the following pop-up will open:

Now select the E-mails tab to view the list.

At present the ability to edit existing reports is being developed and will be available shortly.

Existing Users

Existing reports are unaffected.

Further Enhancements

We are in the process to improving the whole Reporting function to add new performance and risk information and improve the user experience. Please watch out for further updates.
